Work Details

• Location: NDFC, Pedder Road, Mumbai
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Duration: 6 Months

• Stipend: Will be provided

Note: Best performers will automatically be converted to Full-Time

• Expectation: Willingness to learn new tools, adapt to live event environments, and contribute to smooth tournament execution is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support content curation for esports management and tournament operations modules.
• Assist in recording esports-related video content such as match highlights, breakdowns, and learning materials.
• Ability to prepare clear and structured video/text documentation for tournaments and operations.
• Strong interest and passion for competitive gaming and esports events.
• Support trainers during match simulations, lobby setups, scrims, and event flow rehearsals.
• Work with seniors to create tournament formats, brackets, rulebooks, cue sheets, and broadcast documents.
• Manage basic match operations including scoring, scheduling, team communication, and lobby coordination.
• Support production teams with overlays, stream elements, and OBS/Streamlabs setup.
• Assist with basic broadcast operations and esports content workflows.
• Continuously upskill in esports management, tournament tools, and broadcast systems.

Software & Knowledge Requirements

• Working knowledge of tournament platforms such as FACEIT, Battlefy, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of OBS / Streamlabs for live broadcast support.
• Familiarity with Discord, Steam lobbies, esports rulesets, formats, and fair play norms.
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Good understanding of popular esports titles and team structures.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory – event work, tournament sheets, clips, broadcast samples, or operations documentation.
• Bonus (+1): Prior experience working with esports tournaments or tournament organizers (college, community, online).
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under event timelines.
