Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and self-driven individuals to join our Consulting team. The role involves working on ESG, Sustainability, and EcoVadis projects across various industries — supporting clients in assessments, implementation, and improvement programs.

This is a client-facing and travel-based consulting role, requiring candidates to be open for travel across India based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in conducting ESG and Sustainability assessments, gap analyses, and strategy formulation for clients.
• Assist clients in EcoVadis registration, documentation, and rating improvement processes.
• Work on preparation of Sustainability / ESG reports aligned with frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, etc.
• Coordinate with clients for data collection, validation, and evidence compilation for assessments and certifications.
• Support in the implementation of management systems (ISO 9001,ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 26000, ISO 27001, etc.) that strengthen ESG performance.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis of industry sustainability practices and ESG trends.
• Prepare client deliverables including presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Travel to client locations across India for on-site assessments, implementation, and training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Management, Engineering, or Commerce.
• Interest or understanding in ESG, Sustainability, CSR, or EcoVadis frameworks.
• Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and handle client interactions.
• Willingness to travel across India as per project needs.
• Prior exposure to ESG / Sustainability / EcoVadis consulting or projects will be an added advantage.
