Job Description

Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer communications by providing detailed root cause analysis.
Ensure process completion within defined TATs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Identify process gaps and implement changes for continuous improvement.
Manage complex cases effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update MIS reports as per defined guidelines.
Manage communications with internal stakeholders in line with organizational norms.

Required Work Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in
Root cause analysis
with grievance management, customer service, or process management.

Essential Qualification

Graduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Presentation and negotiation skills.
Stakeholder management
Proficiency in MS Office.
