- Acquire new MSME clients for business loans, working capital, LAP, OD/CC facilities, etc.
- Manage a team of Sales Officers/Relationship Executives and ensure target achievement.
- Drive lead generation activities and build a strong channel partner network.
- Ensure end-to-end coordination for client onboarding, documentation, and disbursement.
- Monitor portfolio quality and take corrective actions to minimize NPAs.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI/regulatory guidelines.
