Key Responsibilities :-

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests
Perform accurate refraction and prescribe corrective lenses
Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear as per prescription
Ensure proper fitting, adjustments, and final quality checks of spectacles
Maintain patient records and comply with company SOPs
Coordinate with sales staff to deliver excellent customer service
Handle basic clinical equipment and ensure hygiene standards

Qualifications :- Diploma / Bachelors degree in Optometry (D.Optom / B.Optom / B.Sc. Optometry) , Valid experience in optical retail or clinical setup
