Join our team to provide exceptional primary eye care, conduct comprehensive eye examinations, and assist customers in selecting the best eyewear solutions. This role blends clinical expertise with a customer-focused retail environment, requiring strong diagnostic and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using advanced optometric equipment.
• Diagnose vision problems and eye diseases, such as myopia, astigmatism, and glaucoma.
• Prescribe and fit corrective lenses (eyeglasses and contact lenses) and recommend appropriate products based on patient needs.
• Educate patients on proper eye care, hygiene, and the use of vision aids.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and manage clinical data.
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless customer experience and support sales targets.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care instructions for patients when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Optometry from a certified university.

• Experience:

  Freshers are welcome to apply; prior clinical experience is a plus.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using optometric instruments.
