Job Description

Functional

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions in Workday HCM.

Configure and maintain Workday HCM module(s) including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting as per the clients business processes.

Conduct gap analysis and make recommendations for improvements to existing HR processes using Workday best practices.

Assist with data migration, including data mapping, validation, and transformation from legacy systems to Workday.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing efforts with clients and stakeholders.

Develop and deliver training materials and conduct workshops to educate end users on Workday functionality.

Contribute to project documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and training guides.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
