Essential Skills

Proficient in Workday: Deep understanding of Workday functionalities, modules, and capabilities
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Project Management: Experience managing projects and delivering results within timelines and budgets
Strong Communication: Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing effective solutions
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, especially when configuring the system and managing data

Preferred Qualifications

Education: A bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Workday consulting, HCM implementations, or similar roles
Certifications: Workday certification in relevant modules (eg, HCM, Recruiting) is highly desirable
Technical Skills: Familiarity with data integration tools and reporting features within Workday
