Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled ES Workday Lead with 5-10 years of experience to join our team at Hexaware Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software services and expertise in Workday.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement Workday solutions for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on Workday best practices.
Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze business requirements and develop solutions using Workday tools.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, features, and functionality.
Experience working with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems is desirable.
