About the Role

ERPNext Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

● Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation for clients. 

● Gather business requirements and map them to ERPNext modules. ● Configure and customize ERPNext modules (HR, Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, etc.). 

● Create functional documentation: BRD, SRS, workflows, process diagrams. ● Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and provide post-implementation support. ● Coordinate with the technical team for custom scripts, reports, and integrations. ● Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using ERPNext features. ● Troubleshoot issues, handle support tickets, and ensure smooth ERP operations. 

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience

● Strong understanding of ERPNext modules and business workflows. ● Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping. ● Ability to design dashboard reports and workflow automation. 

● Hands-on experience in ERPNext settings, doctypes, permissions, and masters ● Good communication and client-handling skills. 

● Ability to work in cross-functional teams. 

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in Frappe Framework (not mandatory but preferred). 

● Knowledge of SQL, report builder, and ERPNext customization. 

● ERPNext or Frappe certifications.
