ERPNext Functional Consultant (3+ Years’ Experience) Location: [Tirupati / Hybrid] Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 3 to 5 years Education: Any Degree Salary: As per Market standards Language: English About the Role We are looking for a skilled ERPNext Functional Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting ERPNext modules. The ideal candidate must have strong functional knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation for clients. Gather business requirements and map them to ERPNext modules. Configure and customize ERPNext modules (HR, Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, etc.). Create functional documentation: BRD, SRS, workflows, process diagrams. Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and provide post-implementation support. Coordinate with the technical team for custom scripts, reports, and integrations. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using ERPNext features. Troubleshoot issues, handle support tickets, and ensure smooth ERP operations. Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience as an ERPNext Functional Consultant. Strong understanding of ERPNext modules and business workflows. Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping. Ability to design dashboard reports and workflow automation. Hands-on experience in ERPNext settings, doctypes, permissions, and masters Good communication and client-handling skills. Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Frappe Framework (not mandatory but preferred). Knowledge of SQL, report builder, and ERPNext customization. ERPNext or Frappe certifications. Why Join Us?
