About the Role

ERPNext Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation for clients.
• Gather business requirements and map them to ERPNext modules.
• Configure and customize ERPNext modules (HR, Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, etc.).
• Create functional documentation: BRD, SRS, workflows, process diagrams.
• Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and provide post-implementation support.
• Coordinate with the technical team for custom scripts, reports, and integrations.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using ERPNext features.
• Troubleshoot issues, handle support tickets, and ensure smooth ERP operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience

  as an ERPNext Functional Consultant.
•  Strong understanding of ERPNext modules and business workflows.
•  Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
•  Ability to design dashboard reports and workflow automation.
•  Hands-on experience in ERPNext settings, doctypes, permissions, and masters
•  Good communication and client-handling skills.
•  Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Frappe Framework (not mandatory but preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL, report builder, and ERPNext customization.
• ERPNext or Frappe certifications.
