We help organizations streamline operations through ERPNext, custom development on the Frappe Framework, and continuous support services. Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with at least 2 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably with ERPNext. The consultant will be responsible for requirement analysis, ERPNext configuration, client training, documentation, and ongoing support. This is a full-time, office-based role in Delhi, with periodic travel to client sites. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation cycles—from requirement gathering to go-live. Configure ERPNext modules such as Accounting, Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, CRM, and others as required. Translate business processes into ERPNext workflows and configurations. Prepare and deliver training sessions, user manuals, SOPs, and documentation. Collaborate with the technical team for customizations, scripts, and integrations. Provide post-implementation support and process improvements. Travel to client sites for requirement workshops, reviews, and go-live support. Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation projects; hands-on ERPNext experience preferred. Strong understanding of Accounting, Finance, Inventory, and Procurement workflows. Ability to manage clients independently and deliver functional solutions effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Willingness to work full-time from the Delhi office and travel as needed. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Additional certifications such as ERPNext Certification, MBA, CA, CMA are a plus.
