Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end requirement gathering through client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.

2. Analyze business needs and convert them into detailed BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

3. Perform process mapping, gap analysis, workflow design, and recommend optimized solutions.

4. Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure clarity in communication.

5. Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and detailed documentation.

6. Collaborate with developers, QA, project managers, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.

7. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating test cases, monitoring defects, and ensuring closure.

8. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.

9. Prepare reports, dashboards, feasibility studies, and ROI-based business cases.

10. Drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives when required.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

2. 5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Software companies.

3. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and technical architectures.

4. Proven experience in documenting BRD, FRD, SRS, EPICs, and user stories.

5. Exposure to enterprise-level software such as ERP, CRM, SaaS systems, or large IT transformation projects.

6. Exceptional communication, requirement elicitation, presentation, and negotiation skills.

7. Ability to understand APIs, data flow, integrations, and system behavior.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience working with ERPNext, Frappe-based applications, or similar ERP systems.

2. Knowledge of SQL basics, API concepts, or system integration workflows.

3. Experience in client-facing roles with international customers.

4. Ability to simplify complex requirements into user-friendly documentation.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
