Job Description

The On-Site ERP Support Analyst will provide technical support and assistance to clients at their locations This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing ERP systems to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service The ideal candidate should have basic technical skills, familiarity with ERP platforms (such as Odoo), and the ability to work independently at client sites Qualification : BCA, BSc, or a related field is an advantage. Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel). Basic IT troubleshooting skills (hardware, networks, and software). Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) is a plus.
