ERP Implementation Manager

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete ERP implementation lifecycle — from requirement gathering and blueprinting to go-live and stabilization.
Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR & IT teams to tailor ERP functionalities.
Manage data migration, testing (UAT), validation, and ensure smooth rollouts.
Configure and customize ERP modules, workflows, dashboards, and analytical reports.
Provide user training, documentation, and continuous post-implementation support.
Drive process automation, workflow optimization, and business improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for enhancements and integrations.

What We’re Looking For

6–8 years
of experience implementing ERP systems (experience with cloud-based ERPs preferred).
Strong knowledge of ERP modules — Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Projects, HR, etc.
Hands-on experience in
data migration, SQL, reporting tools
, and workflow automation.
Excellent project management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Prior exposure to
manufacturing, distribution, or engineering industries
is an added advantage.
