We are looking for an ERP Analyst who will analyze, design, configure, and implement ERP solutions (Zoho) tailored to our plant manufacturing processes. The role requires a strong understanding of production workflows, inventory, and supply chain operations, along with the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with plant, production, and accounts teams to gather requirements and identify gaps.

Zoho ERP modules

·        Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards for production monitoring and decision-making.

·        Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ensure smooth ERP adoption.

·        Train plant and back-office staff on ERP usage and best practices.

·        Coordinate with ERP implementation partners and ensure timely project delivery.

·        Continuously improve ERP processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

·        2–5 years’ experience in ERP implementation/analysis, preferably in a manufacturing setup.

·        Hands-on experience with Zoho ERP (manufacturing module) preferred.

·        Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, BOM (Bill of Materials), and supply chain management.

·        Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

·        Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

• Prior ERP implementation experience in a

  discrete manufacturing industry

  Zoho Creator & Zoho Inventory (for production planning and material movement)

  .
• Familiarity with

  Lean manufacturing/production planning principles

  .
