Enterprise Resources Planning Analyst

Role Overview: As an Oracle ERP Financial IS Analyst, you play a crucial role in applying finance and accounting principles to the Oracle ERP system. Your responsibilities will involve supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of finance and accounting business applications. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and analyze operational and systems issues, providing effective solutions - Assist business partners with business process improvement, business requirements gathering, and test planning - Prepare design specifications, test plans, scenarios, and scripts - Consult with functional departments to identify necessary system changes - Design, configure, and test systems functionality changes - Coordinate with other IT areas for file transfers, security administration, reporting, and databases - Report, track, and resolve application-related issues with the Oracle support organization - Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relationships - Perform rotational on-call responsibilities - Independently define tasks, identify stakeholders and their objectives, and create documentation - Participate in disaster recovery architecture development and policies - Review Oracle Cloud quarterly release notes and make recommendations on new functionality Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - 3 years of Application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of Oracle ERP Cloud - Experience in Oracle Cloud PPM Modules: Project Financials - Good communication skills Additional Details: The Oracle ERP Financial IS Analyst position involves being involved in the implementation and ongoing daily support of business applications. You will work closely with the company's finance departments, vendors, contractors, and other IS caregivers to implement and maintain these applications.
