Enterprise Resources Planning Analyst

As an ERP Analyst specializing in Workday Time Keeping, ShiftWizard, and Dormakaba, your primary role is to ensure compliance with Optum and client business unit requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting and configuring Workday Time Tracking functionality - Assisting in migrations to/from Workday Time Tracking, preferably from UKG Kronos - Configuring and resolving global time entry issues such as web entry, calendar view, project-based time entry, and scheduling - Troubleshooting incidents related to in/out punches, units, worktags, and scheduling rules - Configuring and supporting Mobile/Web clocks for functions like check-in/out, geofencing, and activity history - Building and maintaining APIs/integrations with physical time clocks and third-party systems like Dormakaba - Learning and supporting new systems like ShiftWizard and other scheduling/clock management tools - Managing the change control process for requests through migration to Production tenants - Supporting application upgrades, security, and access management - Monitoring integration schedules, interface errors, and ServiceNow queues for urgent requests - Documenting requirements and expected results in collaboration with clients and informatics teams - Writing queries, building reports, and creating dashboards to meet end-user needs Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience with Workday Time Tracking including configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications: - Experience with Kronos Workforce Central / Dimensions - Hands-on experience with ShiftWizard and Dormakaba - Expertise in clock configuration and troubleshooting - Previous experience in interface design and maintenance - Exposure to Bhoomi integration tools,
