ERP Implementation Manager

Role Overview: Vaidik Eduservices, an Education Outsource Partner Company, is seeking a proficient individual to join their team as an ERP System Manager. As an ISO-certified organization with a team of highly qualified professionals, you will be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, managing system updates and rollouts, and developing project documentation to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and implementation of ERP systems, defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. - Define and execute the ERP roadmap aligned with organizational goals. - Manage system updates, upgrades, and rollouts with minimal business disruption. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change management plans. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions to meet business needs. - Ensure the ERP platform supports real-time visibility and process automation. Qualifications Required: - At least 6 years of experience in the ERP domain handling as a Technical Consultant. - Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics with a deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and/or CRM modules. - Familiarity with APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or third-party connectors. - Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or Power BI for reporting and analytics. - Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment. - Excellent knowledge of Agile Software Development process. - Strong communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate with co-workers.,
