We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Executive to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The ERP Implementation Executive will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will also manage IT assets, ensure data security, and provide technical support to enhance business continuity. This role requires a proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Implementation & Maintenance

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing processes to improve efficiency.
• Train users and provide ongoing ERP support.
• Monitor ERP performance and recommend system enhancements.

2. Data Security & Compliance

• Develop and enforce data security policies and procedures.
• Safeguard company data against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure IT systems comply with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.

3. Asset Management & IT Support

• Maintain and track IT assets including hardware, software, and licenses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Minimize downtime to ensure smooth business operations.
• Provide regular reports on asset utilization and system performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and IT management.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data security practices, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
