ERP Implementation Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced EDP Manager to oversee the organization’s Electronic Data Processing operations, with a strong focus on ERP system management and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) integration. The ideal candidate will bridge operational data from shop-floor systems to business functions, enabling data-driven decision-making and improved efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the company’s ERP system, including implementation, configuration, user support, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather ERP requirements and streamline business processes.
• Ensure data integrity, access control, and efficient reporting through ERP.
• Oversee integration of shop-floor machines and systems using IIoT technologies to capture real-time production and operational data.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to develop automated monitoring and reporting systems.
• Manage data flow between ERP, IIoT platforms, and MES (if applicable).
• Implement dashboards and reports for KPIs like machine efficiency, downtime analysis, and productivity.
• Ensure reliability and accuracy of data collected from sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and other edge devices.
• Train users on ERP modules and IIoT applications as needed.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Understanding of IIoT architecture, machine connectivity, and protocols.
• Familiarity with data acquisition and real-time monitoring systems.
• Experience in manufacturing process flows, production planning, and data analysis.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools is a plus.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
• Certifications in ERP or IIoT platforms will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry Background:

• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, textiles, engineering, or process industries are highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
