ERP Implementation Executive

Job Description: Coordinator / Support Executive play a crucial role in an organization by managing and providing high-level support to department heads, ensuring and managing various administrative duties. Responsibilities ● Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence. ● Managing project documentation and maintaining comprehensive project records. ● Planning and coordination of a program and its activities. ● Ensure implementation of policies and practices. ● Maintain and track the reports on a daily basis. ● Schedule and organize meetings with HOD’s for uploading the required documents in the software. ● Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations. ● Keep updated records and create reports or proposals ● Collect feedback from office team to continually improve the implementation & value delivery across projects and teams ● Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. ● Assess training needs and tailor training programs accordingly to address knowledge gaps and maximize learning outcomes. Requirements and Qualifications Any Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field. 6-12 months of experience. In-depth knowledge of accounting software ie., Tally, MS Office etc Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and collaboration skills.
