ERP Implementation Executive

As a CMG Manager Operations at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Resolving complaints and managing vendors effectively - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Next Products - Taking complete ownership of complaint resolution - Ensuring timely collections of dues from assigned schools - Leading, motivating, and coaching the team - Efficiently managing vendors - Handling CRM activities such as Implementation Section, Complaint Section, Timesheet Entry Module & Report, Usage Data Report, Claims & Imprest Section, and Preventive Maintenance Report - Conducting PM audits as per the designated process - Planning collections and complaints/installations daily - Ensuring timely completion of all installations and support activities - Adhering to Key Result Areas (KRAs) - Taking responsibility for ERP Implementation - Providing training on NLP/ERP and conducting Teach Next/Digital classes/Computer Curriculum - Following the ERP Implementation process from Site Survey to Completion - Ensuring a satisfactory customer experience with Next Product - Planning collections and complaints/installations daily while managing customer expectations before proceeding with ERP Implementation - Actively participating in First Time Resolution (FTR) for all ERP complaints registered in CRM - Maximizing the usage of Next NLP/Products - Adhering to Key Result Areas (KRAs) In addition to the above responsibilities, the company offers the following benefits to its employees: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund - Work from home option This is a full-time position with a day shift or morning shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
