Description

We are seeking an ERP Data Entry Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and entering data into our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter and manage data in the ERP system.
Ensure data integrity and consistency by regularly auditing and reconciling data.
Assist in generating reports and dashboards to support business operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
Provide support during ERP system upgrades and implementations.
Train and assist team members in data entry processes and best practices.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in data entry or similar roles.
Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
