Experience :          Core Experience of more then 20 years in Transmission Line/Sub Station/Railway Electrification work (EPC).

Job Responsibilities

§ Analyse business potential, generate forecasts, conceptualise & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets.

§ Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.

§ Building relationships with customers, identifying new customers and seek new business opportunities for the company.

§ Organise product promotions to enhance visibility and build business.

Transmission

§ Identification of Customer Contacts, Agents in global markets

Transmission

§ Identification of Joint Venture partners as per qualification requirement of customer.

§ Identification of competitor movements in the industry.

§ Co-ordination in arranging meeting Customers, Agents, EPC contractors etc on regular basis. 

Tendering

§ Find out the tenders of different utilities & agencies in Government & private sector which can be suitable as per company needs.

§ Co-ordination in review of Tender Documents and clarification with customers on commercial and technical aspects.

§ Estimation of Bill of Materials (BOM)

§ Identification and Evaluation of suppliers quotation for technical and commercial aspects

§ Selection of suppliers, Price-build up on Suppliers prices, Finalization of Price and profitability

§ Providing complete analysis of the costing of each tender

§ Co-ordination for arranging Bid Bond and commercial aspects etc.

§ Co-ordination with the Design Department for submission of design and engineering aspects

§ Estimating the tower/fittings costs based on the raw material requirements, financing charges, freight and insurance, taxes and duties etc. 

§ Co-ordination in presentation of the Tender to customers involving pre-qualification details, technical and commercial aspects etc.

§ Providing post bid clarifications/review on offers submitted to clients.

§ Co-ordination & support in preparation of Contract Agreement on award of Contract

Project Management

§ Incorporate directives of management; develop systems & procedures to ensure smooth flow of site operations.

§ Develop operational budgets; manage site expenses, stationary, facilities, housekeeping etc. as per predefined parameters.

§ Develop and manage a network of Manpower, Sub-contractors & resources for getting effective & timely progress & completion of projects.

§ Manage & guide all team members partners, sub-contractors in technically & commercially & to facilitate them for achievement of sales & revenue targets.

Commercial/Procurement

§ Develop and manage a network of vendors of all bought out items for transmission lines up to 765 KV, Sub-station of all rating, Railway OHE work, TSS, SP & SSP works.

§ Manage all timely supply for effective use of materials in projects.

§ Generate & guide commercial team to develop projects so as to generate maximum revenue regularly and maintain cash flow.

Inventory Management

§ Supervise project operations with focus on governing inventory of all items and implementing best inventory procedures to enhance storage conditions with optimum use of items in projects.

Responsibilities in the organization are as follows:-

§ Responsible for Liaison with Govt. Authorities in SEB’s, RFC, PFC, PGCIL etc for business development in power transmission field.

§ Responsible for analyzing and preparing offers, prepare tenders on the basis of needs and requirements Ensuring both the formulation and description of the offer by combining the customer's needs, the conditions, as well as the monitoring of supply to its sale and ensuring its margin.

§ Strong networking with higher officials,Bureaucrats & Power Ministers etc for business development,

§ Responsible for all Project Management, Procurement & all Commercial activities of transmission line, sub-station & 33/11 KV distribution & sub-station projects.

§ Responsible for getting & timely completion of TL project from government & private sector.

§ Responsible for all profit & loss in every project.

§ Responsible for managing a team of more than 160 in project, tendering, procurement, commercial etc.

§ Responsible for apply the standard quality and environment plans, implementing annual action plans and ensuring its compliance with the quality and environmental rules and procedures.
