About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of EPC to lead and manage end-to-end Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) operations for healthcare and infrastructure projects across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong CPWD / Government project background, expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams, and a proven record of delivering complex EPC projects in healthcare, public infrastructure, and institutional sectors.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead EPC operations across healthcare and infrastructure verticals for Maharashtra.
• Develop business strategies to expand EPC project portfolios in hospitals, healthcare facilities, and urban infrastructure.
• Collaborate with top management on project growth, tendering, and strategic planning.

Project Management:

• Oversee complete EPC project lifecycle – from engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Implement robust risk management and compliance frameworks.

Government & Client Relations:

• Liaise with CPWD, PWD, Municipal Corporations, and other public bodies.
• Ensure compliance with tendering, procurement, and contract norms.
• Build long-term relationships with government clients and industry stakeholders.

Financial & Procurement Oversight:

• Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Oversee procurement, vendor contracts, and supply chain operations to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all projects meet Maharashtra building codes, health & safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and quality reviews.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 15+ years of EPC experience (with 5+ years in senior leadership roles).
• Proven record managing large-scale healthcare / infrastructure EPC projects.
• Strong background in CPWD / Government project execution preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera / MS Project / Project Management tools.
• Deep understanding of procurement laws, tendering, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with smart city / hospital infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of green building standards (LEED, IGBC) and sustainable construction.
• Familiarity with healthcare facility design and patient safety standards.
