Entry Level Google Ads Specialist (Figma Expert Required)

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Search Execution (Google Ads & Bing Ads)
- Own day-to-day execution of
Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns
. - Research, design, launch, and optimize campaigns independently.
- Perform
keyword research, search term mining, competitive analysis, and intent modeling
. - Write, test, and iterate ad copy focused on
CTR, Quality Score, and conversions
. - Monitor bids, budgets, impression share,
CPA, ROAS, and funnel performance
. - Present clear, data-backed recommendations to leadership.
Landing Page Design & Conversion Optimization (
Figma – Expert Level Required
)
Design complete, conversion-focused landing pages in Figma
.- Translate paid search intent into effective
page structure, hierarchy, messaging, and CTAs
. - Demonstrate expert-level Figma skills including:
- Auto Layout
- Component systems
- Variants and interaction states
- Responsive design
- Work closely with engineers to ship
production-ready landing pages
. - Run
A/B and multivariate tests
across layouts, headlines, forms, and CTAs. - Analyze results using
heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools
.
Portfolio Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
A detailed Figma portfolio is mandatory.
Your portfolio must clearly show:
- End-to-end landing page designs created in Figma
- Clear reasoning behind layout, hierarchy, and conversion decisions
- Iterations or experiments demonstrating optimization thinking
- High-quality, professional execution
Applications without a strong Figma portfolio will not be reviewed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in
Marketing, Business, Engineering, Design, or related field
. - Strong analytical thinking and comfort with performance metrics.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma
.- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in person in
Nagpur, Maharashtra

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with
Google Ads or SEM
(internships, coursework, or personal projects). - Familiarity with
conversion rate optimization
