Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  docketing patent data and tracking deadlines

  using international IP platforms (FoundationIP/CPA Global).
• Help prepare patent filing documents including

  provisional, utility, design, and PCT applications

  , and support the attorney team on U.S. patent filings.
• Use checklists to ensure

  accuracy and completeness

  of all legal documents before submission.
• Organize digital files and documents in

  Google Drive

  , ensuring proper version control.
• Edit and finalize documents in

  Adobe Acrobat Pro

  .
• Communicate effectively with U.S.-based attorneys and paralegals through

  email and video meetings

  .
• Maintain

  strict confidentiality

  , consistency in file naming, and legal record management.

Who Should Apply

• Recent Indian law graduates

  or lawyers (LL.B./LL.M.) with

  0–1 years of experience

  in legal work.
• Candidates with a

  keen eye for detail

  and a strong commitment to error-free execution.
• Basic understanding or interest in

  Intellectual Property Law

  is a plus.
• Must have

  excellent written and spoken English skills

  and confidence in virtual communication.
• Should be

  proficient in Google Workspace

  (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and

  comfortable using digital tools

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Any exposure to

  IP law, U.S. legal procedures, or docketing tools

  like FoundationIP/CPA Global will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with
