We are building futuristic products like VirtualEx (AI Avatar for enterprise engagement) and Dialnova (AI Voice Agent for smart conversations) to redefine how businesses engage with their customers and scale operations with intelligence. About the Role: As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) , you’ll get a rare, hands-on opportunity to shadow the founder, participate in high-level strategy sessions, and get deeply involved in multiple areas of the business—Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Fundraising, and more. This role is designed for highly driven individuals looking to eventually build or lead a startup of their own. What You'll Learn & Do: Collaborate closely with the Founder on strategic and operational initiatives Contribute to product roadmap discussions, client strategy, and business development Assist in preparing pitch decks, partnership proposals, and investor outreach Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and tech teams Research new use cases, verticals, and competitive landscapes Help manage high-priority projects from ideation to execution Who Should Apply: Final-year students, fresh graduates, or early-stage entrepreneurs Passionate about startups, AI, emerging tech, and product building Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and hunger to learn Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment What You’ll Gain: Mentorship directly from the founder First-hand experience in building and scaling a startup Exposure to real-world product and business strategy Opportunity to be considered for a long-term strategic role or co-founding opportunities in future ventures Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation Show more Show less
