About the Role:

Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thinks like a founder, executes like an operator, and makes decisions backed by data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own

  P&L

  , growth, and customer experience for one or more verticals

• Launch new categories or brands

  from scratch—research, roadmap, GTM
• Scale

  existing product verticals

  by improving retention, margins, and channel performance
• Lead

  growth marketing

  , D2C sales, and performance metrics across channels (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce, etc.)
• Work cross-functionally with creative, sourcing, logistics, customer support, and tech teams
• Monitor key KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV, OTIF, DOS, RTO, TAT
• Stay ahead of market trends in spirituality, wellness, gifting, and culture

Hard Skills (Must-Have):

• 2–5 years of experience in D2C / e-commerce / growth roles / startup ecosystems
• Strong understanding of

  category management

  ,

  business P&L

  , and

  channel performance

• Hands-on experience in

  Shopify

  ,

  Unicommerce

  ,

  Meta & Google Ads

  , and

  Excel/Sheets

• Experience in launching or scaling a brand / vertical / product line
• Ability to create data-backed reports, dashboards, and recommendations
