About the Role:

As an Enterprise Sales Executive at XtraMiles, you will play a key role in expanding our cross-border business network. This is an outbound sales role focused on identifying, approaching, and onboarding high-potential sellers and brands looking to scale globally with seamless logistics support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to prospective sellers and exporters for cross-border opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth.
• Develop and deliver compelling pitches to decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent XtraMiles at industry events, trade fairs, and networking forums to build brand visibility.
• Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cross-border or international logistics sales.
• Proven outbound sales skills with strong lead generation capability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-growing team.
• Passion for building brand visibility and forging lasting client relationships.
