RESPONSIBILITIES

Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and
ensure its strong presence.
Identify and engage prospects and drive business opportunities.
Achieving growth and achieving sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
Ensuring that the sales cost is minimal, with respect to the revenue generated. Manage the use of budgets.
Work with cross-functional teams to provide maximum information to client by way of providing collaterals and online / offline product demonstrations.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Responsible for the Sales processes including Inside sales, co-ordination with Marketing team etc.
Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
