As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of growth and success at TartanHQ. You will be responsible for leading our go-to-market strategy, sales, and marketing efforts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise, startup, and mid-stage clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
Oversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support.
Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
Implement efficient systems and processes to streamline operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
