Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Risk Manager (ERM) to join our team at One97 Communications Limited, responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with our banking operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and a proven track record of identifying and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans to ensure the security and integrity of our banking systems.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and report on risk performance metrics to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices.

Job Requirements
