Job Summary The Model Development Analyst 1 is responsible for generating data-driven insights into all modeling needs of the Banks and the practical results of models. This role’s focus is to help the Banks understand their risk profiles along with risk management processes that are needed in support of those risk profiles. Besides capital modeling, the Model Development Analyst 1 takes ownership of stress testing in other areas, including the stress testing required by the Dodd-Frank Act Stress Tests (DFAST), liquidity stress testing, and other. This position is also responsible for models such as Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL), Pricing, etc. In addition, this Analyst is responsible for analyzing the effects of policy and strategy changes on outcomes. Job Summary The Senior Network Engineer provides technical design, planning, operation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of the Bread Financial s network infrastructure. This position ensures continuity and alignment of the network administration/engineering direction. This position supports Bread Financial s strategies and participates in engineering the network infrastructure as well as the development of guidelines, procedures, and standards. Essential Job Functions Documentation/Technology - Participates in the development of standards, policies, and procedures; ensures support of standards, policies, and procedures. Participates in the annual audit processes as needed in support of the senior associates. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to gain the greatest efficiencies. Quality Assurance Defines and participates in the work performed by less experienced network analysts to plan, design and manage network infrastructure components for effective performance, cost effectiveness and availability. Process and Project Management - Manages and contributes to network projects related to technology pilots, conversions, implementations, etc. Support medium to large projects based on project management experience and competencies. Sustain the necessary data throughput rate by analyzing networking activity and maintaining existing equipment. Relationship Management - Provides 24x7 on-call support in complex troubleshooting, coordinating, escalating to ensure the recovery of failed components or equipment. Establishes and maintains relationships with outside vendors of IT&O products, professional organizations, contract employees, external auditors, and consultants. Responds to network connectivity issues and resolves any wireless communication issues within the confines of the office. Reports to: Lead or Higher Direct Reports: None Work Timings: 11am to 8pm IST or 1pm to 10pm IST / Flexible to work in shifts as needed Minimum Qualifications: Degree Required: Bachelor s Degree Years of Work Experience Required: Five to Eight Type/focus of work experience required: Experience working in projects adopting Iterative/Agile/Waterfall methodologies and practices.
