Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions with our business processes, enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design, development, and Regular maintenance deployment of ERP systems across various departments. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP functionalities with business needs. 3. Manage system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security. 4. Provide training and support to end-users, promoting effective utilization of ERP tools. 5. Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for system enhancements and increased efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems At least 1 complete Cycle of SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. 3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
