Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

You will be joining Skydecor Laminates Private Limited as a Plant ERP Manager, based in Delhi/Noida. With 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within the company. Skydecor Laminates, established in 2016, is a leading Indian manufacturer of premium quality laminates including PVC, acrylic, decorative, and liner laminates. Renowned for durability, moisture resistance, and aesthetic appeal, Skydecor's laminates enhance various surfaces in interior design, furniture, walls, and countertops. As the Plant ERP Manager, your key responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and deployment of ERP systems across departments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align ERP functionalities with business needs, managing system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, ensuring data integrity and security, providing training and support to end-users, and analyzing business processes for system enhancements and increased efficiency. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, preferably with at least one complete cycle of SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, leadership capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
