We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of expertise in delivering customized ERP solutions specifically tailored for manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ERP implementation projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for manufacturing clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and consultants to design and customize ERP solutions.
• Understand manufacturing processes and client needs to tailor ERP functionalities accordingly.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate training and support for client teams during and post-implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ERP solutions and implementation processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems customization.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ERP projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.
