Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager

As a Product Manager specializing in ERP & Operations Digitization, your role will involve leading and managing the implementation of ERPNext and connected products across key business areas such as Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution, Inventory, Procurement, and Logistics. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with different teams to understand their needs, designing digital workflows, and driving the implementation using ERPNext and other integrated tools. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with teams in various departments to understand workflows and suggest improvements. - Lead ERPNext setup, configuration, and customization across the organization. - Run sprints with tech/dev teams, prioritize features, and manage delivery timelines. - Identify opportunities for third-party tool integrations and lead API-based integrations where necessary. - Define KPIs for each module, ensure easy access to reports, and train teams for adoption. - Regularly gather feedback to improve product features. Skills & Experience Required: Must-Have: - Strong experience with ERPNext or similar ERP platforms. - Good understanding of manufacturing, inventory, sales, purchase, and logistics processes. - Experience managing Agile sprints and collaborating with tech teams. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Good to Have: - Experience with ERP integrations using APIs. - Familiarity with GST and Indian compliance workflows. - Prior experience in startups or fast-paced businesses.
