As part of the Licensing&SAM team, you will be an integral part of our fast-growing team that is at the forefront of new trends such as containers, Cloud, AI, and FinOps. Our primary functions revolve around saving money through cost optimization and savings, reducing risk through license compliance and risk mitigation, and minimizing waste through effective Software Assets management. Your responsibilities will include working with Software track systems like Flexera and DesktopCentral, managing ERP systems such as PRs and POs, collaborating with resellers and vendors to manage our Global vendors and Software Portfolio Management list. You will also be involved in notifying users about illegal usage or violations, preventing audits from vendors, reviewing global contracts, negotiating the best conditions, and maintaining all records including license items, purchase records, and contracts in an organized manner. A crucial aspect of your role will be to streamline processes, drive improvements, and facilitate Global consolidation wherever possible. Your role will require you to be responsible, attentive, punctual, communicative, analytical, eager to learn, well-organized, observant, and have a desire to optimize processes. Additionally, proficiency in upper-intermediate English is required. Your daily tasks will involve tracking Software activities, engaging in global and local software purchases, communicating with vendors, and enhancing SAM&Licensing processes and workflows. You will initially handle routine tasks with increasing responsibilities over time, including ticket processing. There will be opportunities for growth where you may eventually be responsible for specific zones, vendors, continents, or parts of the world. Experience with tools such as Flexera on-premises or FlexeraOne Cloud, SNOW Software, SaaS track tools like Productiv, Zylo, Zluri, and Torii, knowledge of ITIL, Oracle ERP, Software license tracking, subscription management, vendor communications, and purchase processes will be advantageous.
