About the Role

We are looking for techno-functional professionals who combine deep technical expertise with GTM process architecture and business acumen. This role requires someone who has not just implemented technology, but who has shaped how enterprise revenue teams operate — designing processes, connecting systems, and ensuring measurable impact.


As a Forward Deployed Solutions Consultant (Enterprise CSM) at Aviso, you will work side by side with our customers’ GTM and RevOps teams, discovering challenges, designing solutions, and embedding best practices into their operating rhythm.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead problem discovery and process mapping sessions to understand customer GTM challenges, goals, and workflows.
  • Architect GTM processes and CRM-connected ecosystems for sales, marketing, customer success, and RevOps functions.
  • Translate customer use cases into scalable workflows across CRM (Salesforce preferred) and adjacent GTM applications.
  • Configure, demonstrate, and deliver solutions that drive both adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to drive adoption, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by connecting technology capabilities with business impact — not just how solutions work, but why they matter.
  • Build and nurture customer advocacy through case studies, reviews, and success stories.
  • Document and share solution patterns, RevOps best practices, and GTM architecture blueprints.


What We’re Looking For

  • 6–8+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, enterprise consulting, or customer success.
  • Hands-on experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or GTM process design, with a track record of architecting CRM- and GTM-tech-enabled workflows for enterprise teams.
  • Strong technical background in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and GTM applications (forecasting, engagement, enablement, analytics).
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Proven ability to bridge business strategy with technical implementation and drive operational transformation.
  • Experience leading executive-facing workshops, problem discovery, and solution design.
  • Track record of customer engagement and advocacy (upsell, reviews, success stories).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both business and technical teams.
