Role Overview Join Recruit41 as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and become a trusted partner to our largest clients. You'll combine relationship-building, business insight, and technical expertise to drive the adoption, renewals, and growth of our AI solutions. Working hand-in-hand with executives, you'll help them unlock measurable value from AI and guide them through every phase of their transformation. What You Do Manage and expand a select group of enterprise accounts, ensuring sustained usage, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities. Guide clients through onboarding and training for Recruit41s AI products. Advise C-level and senior leaders on aligning AI initiatives with their overarching business strategies. Lead Executive Business Reviews to showcase adoption progress, ROI achievements, and future growth plans. Coordinate with product, engineering, and AI delivery teams to execute customer programs seamlessly. Anticipate risks and renewal hurdles, develop mitigation plans, and minimize customer churn. Build and maintain detailed success plans, tracking KPIs that reflect customer health and progress. Spot and pursue new use cases, cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Recuit41’s AI platform. Advocate for our customers’ needs internally, shaping our product roadmap and innovation efforts. Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and playbooks to boost adoption. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field; MBA or master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, or Strategy Consulting, ideally in SaaS, AI, cloud, or large-scale digital transformation. Proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives and influencing decisions at senior levels. Demonstrable success driving retention, expansion, and adoption in complex enterprise environments. Role Overview Blend customer success, technical implementation, and consultative selling to drive adoption of our AI hiring platform across enterprise clients. Youll guide new customers through implementation. Handle ongoing support calls, and feed product insights back into our roadmap. Key Responsibilities Proactively call and onboard customers onto the Recruit41 platform, answering real-time queries and escalating technical issues as needed. Lead end-to-end implementation projects: define scope, configure AI agents for design, proctoring, and evaluation, manage go-live, and facilitate governance calls. Serve as the primary phone liaison for customer support triaging issues, providing status updates, and coordinating with engineering to resolve bugs. Anticipate adoption challenges, develop change-management strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution during shifts from traditional to AI-enhanced hiring. Capture customer feedback on features and workflows; collaborate with product and engineering teams to inform enhancements and roadmap priorities. Build lasting relationships through regular check-in calls, best-practice sharing, and advocacy development (testimonials, referrals, and case studies). Provide weekend support as required, with complimentary off time granted in lieu Required Skills & Experience 3+ years in talent acquisition technology, AI platform implementation, HR Tech sales, or customer success roles. Hands-on experience with at least two HR Tech or AI platform implementations, focusing on hiring workflow automation. Strong technical acumen with the ability to configure AI systems and translate hiring requirements into technical solutions. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and presenting to executives. Consultative mindset with creative, data-driven problem-solving to optimize hiring outcomes. Executive presence and stakeholder-management expertise to drive timely outcomes in complex organizations.
