Job Description

Job Summary:

The English Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating English language training programs. The role involves coordinating with trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure effective language development and proficiency across the organization or institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Design & Development:
  • Assess the English language training needs of individuals or departments.
  • Design tailored English language training programs (general, business, technical, or academic English).
  • Develop or source appropriate curriculum, learning materials, and assessment tools.
  • Coordination & Implementation:
  • Schedule training sessions and manage logistics (venues, materials, trainers).
  • Coordinate with internal or external English language instructors.
  • Monitor attendance and engagement of trainees.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation:
  • Track learner progress through assessments and feedback.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and learner outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports and suggest improvements to programs.
  • Communication & Support:
  • Act as the point of contact between trainers, trainees, and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support related to training activities.
  • Communicate regularly with learners to ensure motivation and address challenges.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all training activities align with organizational standards and goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records and documentation.
  • Stay updated with trends in English language teaching and training technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum [2–5] years of experience in English teaching or training coordination.
  • Experience working with adult learners or in a corporate/educational training environment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and learners.
  • Analytical mindset for tracking and reporting training outcomes.

Preferred:

  • Experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Multilingual abilities .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,663.87 - ₹20,017.57 per month
