Job description POSITION SCOPE: Central point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.Facilitate the onboarding process for new healthcare professionals, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement. QUALIFICATIONS: Education:Bachelor's degree (preferably healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field) Experience:Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Spanish speaker1-2 years of previous experience in call auditing, call monitoring and feedback for the QA Role.Familiarity with staffing, payroll, and billing processes in the healthcare sector. Skills:Excellent & Fluent in SpanishStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Technical proficiency in healthcare management software and data analysis tools.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
