Engineering Recruiter

Job Title: Recruiter / Senior Recruiter (Non-IT) Location: Hyderabad, TS Job Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Onsite About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter / Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across operations, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, sales, and other non-technical functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions. Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative strategies. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active talent. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and pipeline activity. Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent work experience considered. 3+ years of experience in recruitment for non-IT roles (Recruiter) OR 5+ years for Senior Recruiter level. Proven success in recruiting for roles in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, sales, admin, Aerospace, Defense, Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche job boards, etc. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
