Role OverviewYou will own the SME App, the core of Zuvy’s SaaS platform.This pod is responsible for merchant-facing featuresincluding QR-based payments, voice-driven inventory, CRM, loyalty programs, and AI ad templates. You will lead a team of backend, frontend, mobile, and QA engineers to deliver reliable, intuitive, and scalable tools for millions of Indian SMEs.Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of the SME App: QR payments, inventory, CRM, loyalty, templates.

Lead a pod of 12–18 engineers (backend, frontend, mobile, QA).

Architect scalable, low-latency systems for daily sales logging & analytics.

Integrate voice recognition, AI templates, and CRM hooks with real-time performance.

Mentor and upskill team members; enforce coding, testing, and CI/CD standards.

Work cross-functionally with Customer Pod & Agent Pod for seamless integrations.

Report weekly KPIs on sprint velocity, uptime, and adoption. Must-Have Skills

Backend/service design (Node/Go/Java, SQL/NoSQL, microservices).

Frontend (React/Next), PWA experience for low-bandwidth markets.

Voice/AI integration exposure (preferred).

CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.

Leadership: managing cross-functional pods of 6–12 engineers. KPIs

Uptime ≥ 99.9% for SME App.

90% of features delivered within sprint deadlines.

<5% critical production defects.

Adoption across 625 cities with ≤1% fraud in QR payments.
