Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and management, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and facilities.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely project completion.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze data to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in engineering management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
