Engineering Manager

Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing teams. You will drive strategy, execution, and technical excellence while delivering high-quality SaaS products. What You’ll Do

Hire, build, and lead distributed engineering teams.

Set clear priorities that align with product and business goals.

Oversee multiple teams and ensure timely, high-quality product deliveries.

Drive software development best practices, including agile methodologies and DevOps.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and roadmaps.

Own system architecture, technical design, and process improvements.

Mentor engineering leads and managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Conduct hiring interviews, manage performance reviews, and provide coaching.

Ensure smooth incident management and production support.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.

Experience: 12+ years in software development, with 5+ years leading teams.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality SaaS products at scale.

Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures (Azure, AWS).

Experience with modern programming languages (C#, Python, Java, JavaScript).

Hands-on experience in agile development, test automation, and DevOps.

Ability to make technical and business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
