• Experience:

  10+ years of experience in software engineering with a minimum of

  4 years in an engineering leadership with minimum 3 or more projects with major software releases & end to end delivery responsibility

• At least 5+ years experience in 50% of tech stack:

  Python, Django, Angular, Docker, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), Redis, and RabbitMQ

• Team Leadership:

  Experience in

  mentoring, managing, and growing engineering teams

  , driving high performance, accountability, and skill development.

• Problem Solving:

  Demonstrated ability to

  debug and resolve complex technical issues

  across systems, integrations, and infrastructure layers.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with

  Product, QA, Support, and Customer teams

  , ensuring smooth execution and alignment.

  Hands-on experience with modern backend and platform stacks such as

  Python, Django, Angular, Docker, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), Redis, and RabbitMQ

• SaaS Delivery:

  Hands-on experience delivering

  multi-customer configurable software products

  , including tenant-based configurations, phased rollouts, and customer-specific deployments.

• Customer Orientation (Good to have):

  Exposure to customer-facing technical discussions, solution design, or presales support is a plus.

• Adaptability:

  Experience working in fast-paced or growing environments where processes are evolving and ownership is critical.
